We’re about 8 miles south of Elizabeth - and if our house was 500 feet to the west, we’d have an Elizabeth address!

Menopause is something all women of a certain age go through, and is a subject that is talked about hardly at all. After all, who wants a bunch of invisible women making a fuss?
Join a unique group of like-minded women on an ongoing basis to find your power, and discover how menopause and beyond can be the most productive and beautiful journey of your life.
THIS IS AN OPEN GROUP, SO YOU CAN COME ONCE, EVERY WEEK, DROP IT FOR A WHILE AND COME BACK, WHATEVER SERVES YOU BEST.Â
When you register each week, it’s just $15. If you decide on the spur of the moment to drop in, YAY! Investment at the door is $20.

While the weather holds, we'll be hanging with the horses and each other. There is no riding, and horse experience is NOT necessary.
Once it gets a little colder, we'll head indoors to continue our exploration of what it means to be a powerful woman with hidden talents and abilities! See below for some of the fun stuff we'll do.

Horse Time
Horses are masters at getting right to the heart of the matter - and menopause is right up their alley!
Art Therapy
Whether you can draw or not, or wield a hunk of clay or not, you can discover lots of hidden aspects of yourself by letting it all out through a pen, brush, collage, clay (there will be no running with scissors!)
Practical Things
Now that you're older, should your makeup change? What about that hairdo you've had since 1984? You're single, how do you keep yourself safe, and is it fun to travel alone?
